We have a 7 day return policy less shipping charges. The customer must return the item unworn in its original packaging. The buyer is responsible for returning the item insured for the total retail value within 7 days of receiving the item. All Custom items are non-returnable. Earrings will receive a credit only. WHAT DO YOU SHIP YOUR JEWELRY IN? All orders are shipped in a 3 Rexes logo box with gift pouch. Earrings are shipped on a 3 Rexes jewelry card in a gift pouch.

HOW DO I FIND MY RING SIZE It's best to have a jeweler size your finger. I ask that you please make 100% sure that you know your correct ring size before ordering. HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY Please avoid harsh soaps, oils and chlorine, which can discolor your silver and alter the antiqued patina on your piece.
